Service Description
Zykles provides a platform to enable registered users to rent bicycles for personal use. Zykles does not own or operate any rental bicycles itself.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to register for an account and rent bicycles. Zykles reserves the right to modify eligibility criteria at any time.
Registration and Accounts
You must register for an account by providing complete and accurate information. You are solely responsible for account activity conducted under your username and password. You must safeguard your login credentials and notify Zykles immediately of any unauthorized account access.
Billing and Payment
You agree to pay all rental, usage, and other applicable fees. Zykles may change its fees and billing methods at any time by posting revisions on the website. Non-payment of fees may result in suspension or termination of account privileges.
Rental Rules
You agree to follow all rental rules, instructions, and terms that apply to the bicycles rented through the Service. This includes properly securing bicycles, obeying all laws, avoiding reckless behavior, limiting rental duration, and returning bicycles to designated stations. You assume all risks associated with bicycle rental and usage.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to:
Violate laws, regulations, or third party rights. Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. Infringe Zykles or third party intellectual property rights. Transmit harmful or offensive content. Harvest data or personal information of users. Circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls. Such misconduct may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Zykles expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
Zykles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. In case of an accident, Zykles shall not be liable for any damages or injuries caused by the use of bicycles.
Indemnity
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zykles from any claims arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms of Use or applicable laws.

Zykles may modify these Terms of Use at any time by posting a revised version for public review. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Washington State. Any legal action against Zykles related to these Terms or the Service must be filed and take place in Washington State.
Entire Agreement
