Always picking up or return the bike in a safe location, and be polite to the bike owner. If you have any questions, issue about the bike or concerns, please contact the bike owner directly, and they will be happy to help you.

Always testing the bicycle on a safe ground before riding it on the road, and always follow the local traffic laws. Always be aware of your surroundings, and be safe.

After each booking, you will be asked to leave a review for the bike owner, please be honest and fair, and leave a review that is helpful to other customers. Also, the bike owners can leave a review for you as well, so please be a good customer.

We partner with Strip to process payment, and your indentiy and credit cards are tied to this account, so it is important to be a great customer from day one. If there is any serious damages or loss of the bike, the bike owner can process future charges against the same card.
